Shark Rock
For those who don’t know, I now commute to Portsmouth, NH every day for work. If you commute, you know how the same drive can get monotonous. Taking an alternate route home last night is what gave me the idea for today’s post.
“Shark Rock” is on Middleton Road, in Middleton, NH. It’s another one of those things that I am not sure how long it has been painted, but I know it has been there for a while. Perhaps someone can help me out with that.
One of my favorite memories is when I used to drive by with my nephew in the car and I would scream and he would crack up in his car seat; random, I know.
On a related note, when I was driving to work this morning I heard that there were shark sightings off of the NH coast. There is a link to the Seacoast Online story here.
Perhaps I will get a picture of Frog Rock at some point!

oh man, I grew up down the road and the shark has been there since I can remember.

I still scream when we go by…
